Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all OOTO garment tags are securely attached and the clothing is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
